DETAILS FOR ACCOMMODATION

We need a copy of your passport to register you as a guest at our accommodation and for the competitions. 

Please understand these will NOT be sent to the airline and will not be cross checked against the information you have provided above.

This is purely to make your check in process as smooth as possible.

USA ESTA VISA

Everyone entering the USA needs to obtain a visa or travel authorisation prior to arrival.

Australian, New Zealand and UK Passport holders are able to apply for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) as these countries are part of the US Visa Waiver Program.

The only correct website to use is: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
(All other sites will charge additional fees)

The cost for an ESTA is $21 USD per person and it is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
