The information you enter below will be uploaded directly to the airline's ticketing system, so please ensure you are entering everything exactly as per your passports.

They do not need your middle name.

All airlines charge fees for any amendments to names/details.

You will need to fill this form out for every person travelling.

DETAILS FOR ACCOMMODATION

We need a copy of your passport to register you as a guest at our accommodation and for the competitions. 

Please understand these will NOT be sent to the airline and will not be cross checked against the information you have provided above.

This is purely to make your check in process as smooth as possible.

If you travelled with the team in 2024 and are travelling on the same passport, you do not need to upload it again.

USA ESTA VISA

Everyone entering the USA needs to obtain a visa or travel authorisation prior to arrival.

Australian, New Zealand and UK Passport holders are able to apply for an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) as these countries are part of the US Visa Waiver Program.

The only correct website to use is: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
(All other sites will charge additional fees)

The cost for an ESTA is $21 USD per person and it is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

You can apply as a family by choosing a 'Group of Applications'
